Special thanks to mr Alex Yang for the smooth check in and check out process. He is helpful and experienced. Also offered to upgrade the room at 90rmb only and allow to check in to our room at 1-2pm. Fast and efficient ! Rooftop bar is recommended ! Nice ambience and spectacular GZ tower /city view 👍🏻 Staffs are nice to arrange us a seat even though last minute reservation made during Christmas night itself .

The hotel is top class, from the second you walk in, you feel like you made the right decision. All of the staff is nice, speaks great English, very polite and kind. The rooms are fantastic! Clean, large, cozy beds, etc. And the breakfast? First hotel in Shenzhen that I feel like I'm eating in Europe. Just great. They thought about everything, and even given us a late check out as our flight was delayed. I will definitely recommend this place and will be there again as soon as I'm back to Shenzhen. Special thanks to Ashley, the Front Desk Manager who was spot on for all our needs and made us feel at home.
