Wow! This resort was incredible with stunning views of the Singapore skyline from our villa room & private infinity pool! Breath taking views!! The staff were absolutely fantastic in ensuring our stay was comfortable. We had Andry assist us throughout our stay & he was so wonderful- excellent hospitality & customer service -he truly made our trip - thank you so so so much Andry!! Staff throughout the resort were so friendly & welcoming. The restaurants, cafes & bars had delicious food, cold refreshing drinks, aircon / fans & stunning views. The breakfast had a huge variety of options. Highly highly recommend!! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Over priced, unless valued. The hotel chalet was furnished as a no star room and price at the 5 star rate. The toilet was never scraped for a Long time and the pot and pans look like it was savaged from garage sale. I would advise all customers to avoid this hotel.philipSingapore - 6.0Scored 6.0

It really depends on what you are looking for, the area is remote, to travel to the malls would be at least 30 minutes. But if you just want a quiet place to R&R, then this might just be the right place. The beach is dirty by the way.

Brought back good memories of time spent in Nongsa Village when I was younger. Love the pool, it has changed slightly and a small slide was added. The beach area has changed as well, use to be grass to sand and sea directly. Now its replaced by concrete path to split the areas. Waves are huge, swimming definitely not recommended. We had a 2-bdrm sea-facing villa and we enjoyed unblocked seaview and our own private pool. Villa was well-appointed and clean but shows signs of age and being by the sea. The staff were among the best! From Musri at reception and the team at the bike depot (we were there for Tour de Batam) we were so well cared for we were able to totally relax.
